One Hundred Push-Ups: Week One/Day Two

by | Sep 27, 2011 | Blog | 0 comments

Little Pain, Little Gain.

I am a bit sore from this morning’s chisel class, I did about 75 wall push-ups.  Hooter t-shirt guy gives me dirty looks for using the wall and I am not a vindictive person but I seriously cannot wait to smoke him…even if it is only 10 real push-ups.

The plan today calls for a rest day so I am glad I did the class this morning.  My knee was bothering me last night and I actually had to leave Zumba 30 minutes into it.  I will try Judy’s class tonight. It is only 45 minutes. Otherwise I have to resort to pigeon dancing in my car while I am driving.  Pitbull is my new favorite and I am sure I look funny as a middle aged woman in an Audi SUV rocking out to Pitbull. I am glad I don’t know what he is saying in English because It may be really bad!

Hang in there ladies that are doing this with me.  Slow and steady wins the race.

About Me

KarenHello and welcome.
I am often asked, “What is Pasta on the Floor?”
Pasta on the Floor is different for everyone. It is a recipe that tells a story and inspires them to try something new. For others, stories of family, joy, loss, and hope engage with them. This brings me a great deal of happiness. I do not take myself too seriously, so be forewarned the subject matter is open and truthful. In many ways, Pasta is a tale of life, and I think you will find familiarity and commonality as you scroll through these pages.
