One Hundred Push-Ups: Week One/Day One

Today I started the preliminary program to the “7 weeks to 100 push-ups” plan.  I actually have 11 weeks from today because I started the weenie program first. I did finish 35 push ups in intervals with 5 seconds in between. The form might not have been like the Barbie look-alike in the guidebook but they felt good.

I gotta tell you, I am feeling buff, jacked and with guns loaded. I am 35 wall push-ups closer to hitting that 100 ‘man push-up’ mark in 11 weeks.

I am off to Zumba tonight to relax and get some cardio.The weight lifting chisel class tomorrow will help me train better. Tell that guy in the Hooter’s t-shirt who thinks he is all that and a bag of chips, that I will soon be off the back wall doing wall push-ups and right next to him: one for one! I may even move up from that 2 pound weight for biceps curls…. ya never know.
